Pam also has over 20 years' experience in the practice of law. Much of her time was spent initially as one of the original six law clerks to the justices of the Probate and Family Court Department of the Massachusetts Trial Courts; and then as a law clerk for several terms to the Honorable Kent B. Smith of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. In between those appointments, she practiced with the Springfield Firm of Cohen Rosenthal in the areas of Family Law and Civil Ligitation.


Pam now focuses her practice in the areas of Bankruptcy Law, Wills and Estates, Corporate matters and Special Education Law.

George has over 20 years of legal experience in bankruptcy, commercial issues, real estate, corporate law, tax law, and insolvency.


He has represented both individuals and businesses in financial distress during informal settings and in formal proceedings under Chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.


He is currently a Chapter 7 Trustee for the United States Department of Justice Trustee Program, representing the District of Connecticut.
